These benches date from the mid-20th century (probably 1960s) and remain in very good vintage condition, with beautiful natural patina consistent with age. The wood shows light, honest wear and a warm tone, while the metal structure is solid and structurally sound.
A timeless design piece that works beautifully as a seating bench, hallway piece or interior statement object.
Did you know that this is the first item that Harry Bertoia designed for Knoll, in 1952? In the construction of the legs you already see the typical style with welded frames that we also see in the typical Bertoia-chairs.
